ReCollect: Drawn from Site

This installation responded to the major reconstruction of the Herbert Gallery and Museum, Coventry.

Findings on site, objects and oral histories contributed by contractors, staff and gallery visitors  created a walk-in assemblage of images, voices and personal narratives. The exhibition evolving over 6 months as an aggregating series of large scale constructions in the Gallery. The sound installation framed the memories into past and present and accompanied audiences through the journey.
